Refund Policy

 

The coffee sold by eCoffeeWholesale.com is manufactured using the highest quality coffee beans. The general nature of our business, food products (consumable & perishable items), does not warrant returns. In addition, with the implementation of our affiliate program, we are no longer able to offer refunds for products.   However, exchanges will be accepted for items that were sent in error. We need notification of this within (2) days of courier delivered confirmation. The item being returned MUST in the original package and sealed. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must also be obtained from us by phone, and a written request for the merchandise return must be faxed to us with the RMA in confirmation of the same, or the package will not be accepted. No credits or refunds will be given. The item(s) will be exchanged for the correct product and shipped back immediately at no cost to you.

 

For nonperishable items, immediately upon receiving the order, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items.  Exchanges will be provided for damaged nonperishable items that are returned to us within 7 business days after you received the item(s) (courier delivered confirmation).   To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:  1) Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.  2) Returned item must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, etc.; and 3) Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from eCoffeeWholesale.com or the package will not be accepted. Simply call our customer service to obtain an RMA for processing as previously indicated above.  

 

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for the returned item until it actually arrives at our warehouse.

 

Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you are unsure or have questions. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS WRONGLY ORDERED.

 

All suspicious claims and returns will be investigated. All fraudulent Credit Card Charges, Claims and disputes will also be investigated. All fraudulent and unauthorized credit card usages will result in the cancellation of your account with eCoffeeWholesale.com, negative information placed on your credit report, and possible criminal charges filed against you.

 

eCoffeeWholesale.com reserves the right to modify this Refund/Return Policy at our discretion, or against any customer it believes to be abusing this policy. Any changes in this policy will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the eCoffeeWholesale.com website. By doing business with eCoffeeWholesale.com, you agree to abide by the current version of our Refund Policy.
