Choosing your shipping method
You will be able to choose your shipping method during checkout. The price of shipping will vary with the method you choose. Simply change the shipping method and click "recalculate" to see alternate shipping methods and prices.

Tracking: FedEx and USPS Express Mail customers will receive tracking information. Tracking is not available for USPS Priority or Parcel Post services.  Only USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes.

Time in Transit: The actual time in transit will vary by the day and time you placed your order, your shipping location and the shipping service you chose. FedEx and USPS Priority Mail are recommended. USPS Parcel Post service can take 5 - 9 weekdays for delivery.

Shipping Errors. Customer is responsible for packages left at their door. Customer is responsible for any extra charges incurred from typographical errors made in the billing and shipping addresses.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days or less.

Product Warranties
We are authorized to sell all products advertised in our website; therefore, the manufacturer will stand behind any provided warranties. All merchandise offered at our website is brand new in the factory sealed packaging.

FedEx
For every order that is placed with FedEx, an email is immediately sent to our customer with complete tracking information right at their fingertips.

FedEx is shipped out Monday through Friday and takes anywhere from 1 BUSINESS Day to the West Coast to 3 BUSINESS days to the East Coast to be delivered. Shipping time does not include Weekends, so an order placed on Friday may not ship till Monday and may not be received till Thursday.

US PRIORITY MAIL
We also offer US Priority Mail as a shipping option. This is the only method available for delivery to P.O. Boxes. This method of shipping is available Monday through Saturday and typically takes 3-5 days to the US West Coast and 4-7 days to the US East Coast.

Please Note:

AK, HI, PR, VI, and GU orders must select USPS Priority shipping method.

Also, most items can be sent to military addresses, but not heavy items such as espresso machines.

What if I live in outside the continental United States?
When shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or international destinations, we will ship your package via United States Postal Office Priority Mail. Your shipment will arrive within 2 to 5 business days or according to United States Postal Office Priority Mail Policies.

We do not offer FedEx shipping outside the continental United States.
