Q: Where do you ship your coffee to?
A: At this time, we only ship coffee to the contiguous 48 United States. International and overseas orders can be placed via phone.

Q: How do I place orders?
A: You can order fast and easily online through our website or fax it at (619) 523-6697.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: You can pay online by credit card; Master card, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are all welcome. Our online store is totally secure and encrypted. Your information is completely safe.

Q: Do you offer terms, credit accounts, etc?
A: No. All orders must be paid in full before we ship them. Also we do not offer CODs.

Q: Are there special prices for resellers?
A: We price our coffees and teas at wholesale price levels by default. There is no minimum quantity to buy in order to enjoy our prices.

Q: How long is the turnaround time for my order?
A: Orders are typically process in 24 business hours after we receive the payment and the shipping will take from 3 to 7 days depends of the location.

A: San Diego, California.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

If you can pickup your shipment at a Post Office you can use a P.O. Box.

Q: Do you offer specific Free Samples?

A. I wish we could afford to do so, but due to our tremendous demand we are unable to offer samples customized to each and every order. Please understand that we receive hundreds of requests for free samples every day and are unable to provide them at this time. Join our mailing list and we will keep you updated on any special offers!

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No. There is not.

Q: If I do not have an Espresso grinder, would you be able to grind it for me?

A: No, due to the different climates conditions. It will be difficult to assure an optimal grind.

Q: There is a small bag for the American coffee?

A: Yes, there is a bag of one pound in beans.
